Has anyone actually gotten a response from customer support through tickets in the last month? I was getting tired of assuming they told us all to pretty much go f ourselves in their own way, so i wrote a support ticket still waiting for a response. It was nothing rude or harsh it was on a professional level.

I think we all deserve the right to know what is going on! More so the people that have actually stuck around through this silent treatment.
